The following general terms and conditions are an integral part of the contract.

The following contractual conditions comprehensively regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the operator of the motorhome pitch Alte Heuschupfe and the pitch guest.
Only the dates valid for the travel period apply to the contractual services.
Agreements made by telephone, collateral agreements and other agreements of any kind must be made in writing and confirmed by the pitch operator (booking) in order to be valid.
By entering the parking space, the parking space guest accepts the conclusion of a binding parking space contract. The contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.
The pitch regulations are part of these GTC and come into effect as soon as you enter the motorhome pitch.
The total rental amount for the chosen length of stay on the pitch must be paid in advance or on arrival at the pitch.
In case of spontaneous arrival, the corresponding pitch must be checked for availability via the QR code and booked if free.
The maximum length of stay is 3 nights, valid from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival. Departure should be no later than 14:00 on the day of departure.
The pitch fee of 15 euros is valid for one night.
Upon booking, the pitch guest receives the right to a pitch for the period of stay for which they have prepaid. The supply of electricity, water and WLAN are included in the ticket price.
If the parking space guest does not pay the parking space fee or only pays part of it, a lump sum of 25 euros/per day and further costs incurred for requesting the license plate number from the Federal Motor Transport Authority will be charged. Cancellation of a booking is free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. After that, a fee of 5 euros will be charged.
The pitch guest confirms that the personal details are correct. By paying the rent, the pitch guest accepts the General Terms and Conditions. The statutory provisions and the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the pitch contract is the court responsible for the pitch. Should individual provisions of the GTC be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The wholly or partially invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision whose economic success comes as close as possible to that of the invalid provision.
